The Management of MPL S.L recognizes that an effective Quality Policy is an integral part of the business activity.
The general quality guidelines that direct the company's actions are reflected in its Quality Policy.
MPL S.L. with headquarters in C / Carles Buïgas nº 86, Pol. Ind. "Can Magre" - Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana and whose activity is:
Design, Manufacture and commercialization of personal protection products (PPE). Declares in its QUALITY POLICY, applicable to all its operations, the following commitments:
Ensure that the service provided to our customers meets the expectations and requirements specified by them.
Ensure that the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to it are also met.
Develop methodologies that contemplate and improve the satisfaction of our customers, both internal (the staff itself) and external (end customers and suppliers). Work with them in quality management, involving them from the beginning of the process.
Promote the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System of our area, and the development of new products, in order to optimize the quality of our services.
Promote the motivation and involvement of company personnel. Ensure adequate training of personnel for the development of their activity, and the possibility of realization in their personal capacities.
Provide a framework to establish quality objectives.
Promote the use of process approach and risk-based thinking.
